Terms, conditions and things to take into acount during your stay

  • The check in standard time will be at 13:00 of the arrival date, check out will be at 12:00 (midday) of the departure date. (example: arrival the 3rd of June from 13:00, leaving on the 8th June before 12:00).
  • We will consider valid only the booking dates confirmed from our official email account apartamentosrosello@hotmail.com . We recommend checking them to make sure that the booking was done properly.
  • In case the client arrives before the check in time, Apartamentos Rosello is not taking any responsability until the check in time. Apartamentos Rosello will offer the possibility to get acces to the appartment before that time only if possible.
  • The client must leave the appartment before the check out time, in case of delay leaving the appartment, Apartmentos Rosello will charge half a day or even a full day for the delay or for any trouble that may be created to other clients who may be waiting. In case the client wants to stay a bit more the departure day, reception must be informed in advance.
  • The booking made will be for a standard apartment for the period requested, with its quotation (price depending on the period and number of people). No specific apartments can be booked during peak season, but always encourage the client to tell us their preferences. Apartamentos Rosello keep it's right to consider not valid a booking confirmed and modified after for more than 2 days difference, and will consider the modified dates a new request, cancelling the booking.
  • Cleaning service will be done every 2 days. Towels will be replaced every service, sheets will be replaced every 2 services.
  • The client will be responsible of the appartment and the equipement included in it. In case of losing, breaking or damaging any equipement of the appartment, we will charge the cost of replacement to the client's account, and also of administrative costs if needed. The client has 24h from the day of arrival to inform about any problem or damage inside the appartment, so we can replace or fix it as soon as possible.
  • The price offered will depend on the number of persons. In case the appartment is used by more people than accorded, Apartamentos Rosello will automatically charge the extra amount or even cancel the contract inmediately if necesary.
  • The payment and signature gives the guest the right of use of the Apartment for the accorded period. Apartamentos Rosello won't give any money back in case the client decides to leave before the accorded date, without any exception, as a compensation for the contracted right of reservation.
  • The payment of the appartment will be done the day of arrival, without exception. Apartmentos Rosello accepts paying with credit card (except American Express) or with cash. The client has the right to check the appartment before payment, to make sure it is as accorded. Not paying (the total or part of the total) will supose the cancellation or blocking of the booking until it has completely done (counting from the original day of arrival).
  • Losing the key will supose an extra charge of 150€, which is the aproximate cost of buying a new lock with keys and replacing it by a professional locksmith.
  • Making parties or inviting large groups of people to the appartments is absolutely prohibited to prevent causing any trouble to other clients. If this suposes a monetary compensation to other clients, Apartamentos Rosello will charge the amount to the clients who generated the problem.
  • Not following these rules or any other law will supose the cancellation of the reservation.
  • The confirmation of your booking means that your read and accepted these rules.
